Project Features

  • A new Middle School providing middle schoolers with 11 dedicated classrooms including:
    • 2 Science classrooms with prep room, Chemistry and Physics labs
    • Technology classroom
    • Special projects classroom
    • 5 general classrooms for English, Social Studies, and Mathematics
    • Study hall with additional computers
    • Spanish classroom
    • Music classroom
    • Art classroom
    • Multipurpose room of 2,000 square feet
    • A central courtyard to provide outdoor gathering space for Middle School students
  • Completion of a new driveway connecting 4th Avenue North and Nob Hill Avenue North and a new student drop-off/pick-up area
  • Construction of surface parking
  • Additional outdoor playfield
  • Carpet, paint, exterior, roof, and sprinkler upgrades throughout existing buildings
  • Consolidation of all 4th and 5th grade classrooms/functions to the existing Middle School building
  • Relocation of 2nd grade classrooms to area currently occupied by administration, providing a consolidated K-3 classroom space
  • New main entrance to the school with centralized administration and reception adjacent to it
  • Enlarged and renovated lunchroom
  • Enlarged and upgraded art classroom that adjoins the lunchroom
  • Enhanced faculty workroom
