Winterim is a unique educational opportunity which
SCDS has offered our students for decades. For six
Fridays in January
and February,
students participate in a non-academic off-campus activity focused
on one
of three life-long activities which supplement learning outside
the classroom and foster responsibility, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Winterim begins on Friday, January 9, and continues
for six Fridays through February 13. Details and forms will be available
on this page in November.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available for all Winterim
programs. Please complete the Request
for Financial Assistance Form and return it to the Business Office.
If you are registering for the alpine program, payment to Crystal Mountain
will be required in order
to complete the new on-line registration process.
Program Commitment
Please note that all students must commit to one
of these choices. All Winterim programs are designed for specific
numbers of students and cannot accommodate extra participants. If a student
cannot participate in his or her selected program, he/she needs to remain
at home on that day.
