Auction 2009!

SCDS Auction will be Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Bell Harbor International Conference Center at Pier 66. If you would like to get involved as a volunteer or donor, please contact Pey-Lin Carroll, Chair. There are a variety of auction tasks to fit your interests: procurement, sponsorship, decorations, class projects, data management, catalog production, mailings, finance, promotion, reservations, event production, dessert auction baker, registration, set-up, clean-up, general helper and the auction is a fun way to meet fellow school parents and work together to put on an event: all to benefit our students’ education! As a committee lead or a support staff member, your help makes the difference. We will work with you to find your interest and fit your time schedule.

• Start procuring now! The best time to ask businesses for support is while you are shopping with them. Most businesses appreciate the visibility that auctions provide them, so don't be afraid to ask for their participation with a donation of goods or services. Printed Procurement Forms will be distributed later in the fall, and are also available at the Nob Hill House (Yellow House).
