Alumni Events

Play a game of ultimate with your fellow alumni! This annual event happens the day after Thanksgiving, and professional players and faculty members join in for a fun, competitive morning — with some donuts and coffee for fuel, of course.

As any SCDS graduate knows, Winterim is a beloved tradition, and, for one Friday during the winter, we invite our alumni back to the slopes to ski with current students, families, and other alumni. 

Each spring, a group of alumni return to campus to speak to eighth-grade students about their life after SCDS. Panelists have discussed their choice of high school and college, their career paths, and what they will always remember about SCDS. Interested in serving as a panelist? This warm-weather event is hosted at Memorial Stadium, the home of Seattle Ultimate (aka the Cascades and the Tempest).  Alumni and the entire SCDS community are invited to watch one or both of the teams play a game, to mingle, and maybe even to meet Casey the Sasquatch. 

Each summer, there is a class reunion for former SCDS students graduating high school. A perfect chance for alumni to get together before embarking on their next adventure, this event always provides summer fun, good food, and a chance to reconnect with peers.

Our class agents serve as liaisons between peers of their graduating class and SCDS. At this meeting, agents have the opportunity to come together, brainstorm for the year ahead, and solidify plans to keep all of their classmates connected.
