Alumni Events

This warm-weather event is hosted at Memorial Stadium, the home of Seattle Ultimate (aka the Cascades and the Tempest).  Alumni and the entire SCDS community are invited to watch one or both of the teams play a game, to mingle, and maybe even to meet Casey the Sasquatch. 

Each summer, SCDS holds two class reunions: one for the SCDS graduates who have just finished high school, and another for the cohort graduating from college. These events provide summer fun, good food, and a chance to reconnect with peers before heading out on the next adventure.

Alumni and other members of the SCDS community celebrate the beginning of the new school year in style...at a Mariners game at T-Mobile Park. 

Play a game of ultimate with your fellow alumni! This annual event happens the day after Thanksgiving, and professional players and faculty members join in for a fun, competitive morning — with some donuts and coffee for fuel, of course.

Join us for a game of trivia and other alumni fun in December at SCDS. For trivia play, team up with your fellow SCDS alumni or play solo. Food and drinks provided. Mirth is assured!

As any SCDS graduate knows, Winterim is a beloved tradition, and, for one Friday during the winter, we invite our alumni back to the slopes to ski with current students, families, and other alumni. 

Each year, a group of alumni return to campus to speak to eighth-grade students about their life after SCDS. Panelists have discussed their choice of high school and college, their career paths, and what they will always remember about SCDS. Interested in serving as a panelist? SCDS’s largest fundraising event takes place in March each year, and all our alumni are cordially invited.
