Lunch Program

Healthy food nourishes the body and mind, and SCDS is pleased to offer a lunch program through Green Sprout Foods. This service, ranging from $7–8 per meal, includes vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Children are also very welcome to bring their own, nut-free lunch to school.

Lunchtime at SCDS includes time to roam the playground and campus. We want our students to have time to take a quiet break, socialize, eat, and meet with teachers outside of structured class time. This allows for increased engagement during the rest of the school day, and provides a chance for students to utilize social and emotional skills outside of a classroom setting.
